1.Bingo Lingo is a low stake cash and prize bingo game.
2.By playing Bingo Lingo you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions but they do not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3.You must be over 18 years of age to play and Bingo Lingo reserves the right to require all participants to prove that they are over 18 by production of a recognised photographic identity document.
4.Any participant who is under 18 or who is unable to validate, on reasonable request, their age will be excluded from participation in Bingo Lingo without refund or prize.
5.In order to play Bingo Lingo you must pay your fee before playing. Bingo Lingo is unable by law to offer any form of credit.
6.The prices payable to play Bingo Lingo are displayed on our web-site and within our price list. It costs £1 to play five games on any given night. All stakes are paid out in prizes to winners the same night. A ticket for entry to the venue entitles you to participate in all of the other entertainment and performances excluding Bingo Lingo. We reserve the right to amend our entry charges from time to time, such as when special performances by Guest Stars are planned.
7.Final entry time is 30 minutes before the first game. This is stated on the tickets description. For Cardiff shows this is 19:30.
8.Bingo Lingo will clearly communicate the prizes that you can win in each game.
9.Bingo Lingo will determine the winner of each game.
10.In the event of any uncertainty as to the winner of a game such as where there is a “double call” Bingo Lingo will invite those participants who it determines have an entitlement to claim a win to participate in a “play-off” game which will be a test of knowledge or skill, through which the ultimate winner will be identified.
11.If you win a prize, a Bingo Lingo staff member will take your full name and address and will invite you to sign for receipt of your prize.
12.If you win a prize it is your responsibility to take it away with you before the end of the event. Any report of a missing or damaged prize once it has been taken away from the venue is not the responsibility of BINGO LINGO and will not be held liable to replace the prize.
13.If a prize is left in the venue BINGO LINGO will not be held liable for a missing or damaged prize.
14.If you wish to play bingo without the added entertainment, you will need to contact BINGO LINGO 14 days prior to the event so it can be arranged accordingly.
15.By purchasing a ticket with us you are submitting your email address to be added to our BINGO LINGO mailing list to receive information on our events. You may unsubscribe at anytime.
16.Personal Care:
-Customers are not permitted to stand on the benches or tables. This is announced by our hosts at the start of every event and is repeated throughout the night. Venue security also manage this at each event. Doing so is at your own risk and we will not be held liable for any damage or injury that may result from doing so.
It is your responsibility:
-To check all personal details are correct when purchasing your tickets.
-To check you are purchasing tickets for the correct time, date and/ or venue. Tickets will not be refunded, compensated or transferred if this is incorrect.
-To arrive at the event on time as stated on the ticket. Although we will make efforts to accommodate late comers, entry is not guaranteed and you will not be refunded.
-To comply with all venue regulations when attending the event.
16.Bingo lingo FPD competitions – Must be 18+ to enter. Winners will be chosen at random and all winners will be contacted and announced publicly on various different social media platforms . Bingo Lingo reserves the right to select another winner if the original winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe. The prizes can vary from cash prizes, Bingo Lingo merchandise and holidays. Bingo Lingo will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Bingo Lingo.
17.Bingo Lingo Ltd Depot Marketing Ltd reserves the right to photograph and videotape the event and participants and to use and license such photographs and videos for any internal and external communication referring to the event such as on its websites and intranet, or other publications, or in its annual reports as well as on social media channels and digital advertising.
18.Prizes are non transferable.
