If I could give 0 stars I would. We ended up leaving and getting a refund as the brunch advertised was not what we were given. Upon arrival there was no one to tell us where to go, there were about 10 girls behind the top bar all talking to each other, too busy to help seat us. I found a girl to ask where to go for our booking, she was rude from the start and seemed annoyed at just having to do her job. We were eventually taken to our table which was filthy and only had two seats for three of us, we awkwardly had to ask the rude waitress to grab another for us. We were then left at the table for 10 minute's without any drinks before any kind of server came over, although again there were 10+ girls stood behind the bar. There was so much confusion and no one took our order or explained the brunch. We knew after looking at the menu online we wanted to upgrade to cocktails, we paid for this and then waited for a menu to order. Everything took so long, the girls had to leave to ask/retrieve things while we just waited. Eventually, the server came over with a list of cocktails written on a scrap piece of paper, the list was completely different to the menu online and there was no description of what was in the drinks. We asked to see an actual menu, but they didn't have one. At this point we had been waiting over half an hour, and while they did bring us over a bottle of prosecco, the vibes were ruined and we felt awkward. We asked if we could get a refund as the brunch was not what we had been sold online and we didn't like the sound of the drinks. The first manager I spoke to was busy but helpful, however she sent over a different manager to deal with out request. This was the girl who seated us from the beginning and she was the most aggressive, rude person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She demanded we show her the menu online as if we were lying about the menu's being different, she was banging her hands on our table while speaking to us, and said the tickets were non-refundable, even though the other manager said it was possible to get a refund. After an awkward stare off from the rude manager, she said she would see what she would do. We waited for a further 20 minutes, until I got fed up and asked the nicer manager to help us as we just wanted to leave. I eventually got a full refund, but this was only given to us after complaining about the girls behaviour towards us, I have never experienced anything like this before. Would not recommend to anyone, the bar is just filled with sleezey old men and the staff aren't helpful at all. I wish I got the name of the woman who was rude to us because she should Honestly be fired.

I booked for 1pm and they rang a few days before to say they’d made a mistake and could I do 3pm. I said yes but after checking with my friend, realised it clashed with my VIP lounge and tickets to see Rocky Horror. I emailed three times to say I could no longer do the rescheduled time. No response at all. I should get a refund as they moved me to a slot I couldn’t do. I gave them time to reply before leaving this review.
