Description
Bobbys is a wine bar and restaurant on Baggot Street in Dublin 4, taking its named from Irish Chief Justice Sir Robert Bagod (who Baggot Street is dedicated to). Made up of pretty in pink interiors, it's an Insta-haven with equally-impressive food and drink to match.
Side dishes come from ex-Gertrude chef Holly Dalton, whose menu is designed to suit wine sipping and chatting among groups. Think sharing boards of Irish cheese and charcuterie, pickled mussels with sourdough, roasted corn and chickpea hummus, and beetroot-cured salmon. To drink? A high-quality wine list of classic bottles and unique finds that range from organic white wines such as the Von Winning to deep reds like the Viña Cubillas.
