Larger than it looks, The Bernard Shaw venue holds a large beer garden with street food vendors, The Racket Space and The Nice Burger restaurant.

This venue is four floors of fun. They have lots to do and plenty to offer, including karaoke, ping pong, and quiz & bingo. Stick around for some food and have six different places to choose from under one roof. Then finally stay on for a dance 'til the wee hours in the basement.

Bernard Shaw Event T&C's

- Rates for Friday & Saturday: Rent for the basement is €300. 

- Please note if you are running a club show our in-house tech will be on hand for soundcheck but we do not provide an engineer for the whole show. 

- We provide someone for the box office at the additional cost of €75.

- No date is secured until acts are confirmed with us + a 100% deposit of the rental fee is paid. Once you send us the full details you will receive a link to pay the deposit in your email.

- The deposit is non refundable should you cancel your booking within 30 days of the date.

- All live shows you can have the venue from 6pm for sound check/load in. Please note all live shows have a strict 10:20pm curfew. If you need to go beyond this, please request this via email from your booker.

- No external drink to be brought into the venue with no exceptions. Any potential drink sponsors & deals must be pre-approved by our management team.

- All club shows start at 11pm and you can have the venue from 10:30pm for soundcheck or load in if required.

- This is a list of our in house spec & equipment list. Please note anything beyond this list will needed to be rented at your cost 

- Please note load in/ load out must happen on the day of your show

- This venue is an over 20's venue. Exceptions can be made for certain shows so flag this with your booker. Exceptions will be made dependent on genre & crowd profile

- Once the show is live, please send ticket links, promo, artwork, billing etc etc to info@bodytonicmusic.com
