There's no signage for this cosy watering hole, just keep an eye out for a wooden snail and make your way upstairs to The Bar With No Name. Think pared-back interiors matched with a menu of classic cocktails, innovative sips and brunch signatures. If it's gin you're after, then a Lemon Basil Smash should do it. There's also vodka, cachaca or whiskey infusions like the New York Sour which Jameson Caskmates IPA with sugar, egg white, red wine and citrus for a modern take on the classic.
