Description
A basement bar brimming with vintage charm, The Liquor Rooms serves masterly drinks to Dublin’s cocktail lovers.
Found within a stone’s throw of the River Liffey, the venue comes separated into four distinctive rooms. Head to the Black Rabbit for drinks with a burlesque circus vibe, check out the Boom Room if you fancy a dance, settle on The Mayflower conservatory for private gatherings or set up shop in the Blind Tiger if it’s relaxed, cosy surroundings you’re after.
The venue serves an array of sharing plates (get three for €25 between Sunday and Thursday), but it’s the cocktails that steal the show. Throwing high-quality spirits and house-infused mixers together with passion and precision, it’s no wonder the Liquor Rooms became Ireland’s first watering hole to be nominated for a gong at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirit Awards.
Open daily from 5pm until late, The Liquor Rooms is made for unwinding after work, impressing on date night and catching up with old friends in a chic, subterranean setting.
