MASA

The name MASA comes from a maize dough used to make delicious corn tortillas in South America and you'll find oodles of these soft beauties at this Drury Street restaurant, founded by Shane who was inspired after his trip to Mexico to create an eatery of his own.

It uses sustainable free-range chicken from Rings Farm and lamb courtesy of FX Buckley to make some seriously delicious taco fillings. Tuck into Mexican bravas with chipotle mayonnaise, black bean quesadillas and some buñuelos and chocolate for dessert (AKA Mexican doughnuts).

Everything at this buzzy dining destination is made fresh in-house, so gather your mates or take a date as spicy as the food to feast on gooey quesadillas with chorizo (fillings are customisable) and hearty bowls of chilli con carne.
