Whether you've got a need for speed or a want for wine, Amy Austin is the quirky Dublin bar that you need on your radar. From the brains behind Dillingers, The Butcher Grill and 777, this Drury Street newbie is bringing something a little furry to the table.
Not only is Amy Austin dog-friendly, but it's also located in a car park. With space for 30, there's a focus on drinks and small plates. Expect a range of wines and aperitifs on tap, with 25% off all wine on Mondays and Tuesdays. Bar manager Rose O'Toole honed her skills at two Michelin-starred restaurant Aimsir in Co Kildare, while head chef Matt Raynor counts kitchen time at London's Kudu under his belt.
So that means big things for the menu, right? As well as Carlingford oysters, Dublin Bay prawns and Toonsbridge burrata, there's hot dishes from butter-poached turbot to veal ossobuco.
Just don't drink and drive kids.
