Coke Lane At The Circular In Rialto And Lucky’s

From setting up a stall in 2017 behind Frank Ryan's pub to having two outposts in the Dublin 8 area, Coke Lane is a pizza parlour founded by Dave Holmes, and you don't want to miss it if you're serious about the good stuff.

The Neapolitan-style joint can be found at Lucky's on Meath Street and The Circular in Rialto. Here you can tuck into signature slices like the Ryan's, featuring roast chicken, smoked bacon and Caesar drizzle, or the Frankie, sprinkled with chorizo, roasted red peppers and manchego.

Kari

On the hunt for restaurants in Dublin 8 city centre? Check out Kari, the chic Indian spot in Inchicore Village. Complete with geometric, modern interiors, it's an aesthetic place to dine with friends or family. The vibrant eatery is known for its warm atmosphere and delicious, locally sourced dishes, with a menu that features a mix of contemporary and international flavours.

Look forward to tucking into a lamb boti kebab which includes tandoor-grilled, grass-fed Wicklow lamb, mini Kulcha bread with leeks and buffalo feta-style cheese from West Cork, as well as tandoori prawns, saag paneer and more.

Sprezzatura

You'll find the top Italian restaurant in Dublin 8, Sprezzatura, nestled in Camden Market. The team at this super cool eatery have searched all over Ireland for the best ingredients and use them to create fresh, authentic Italian plates which also happens to include some of the best pasta you'll find in Dublin.

On the menu? Silky smooth carbonara, the creamiest cacio e pepe spaghetti you ever slurped and a rich, velvety fennel sausage ragu, paired with homemade focaccia.

Piglet Wine Bar

Piglet Wine Bar is the brainchild of Enrico Fantasia and Thibaud Harang who came up with the idea, fittingly, over a glass of wine and some good food. The space itself is relaxed with wooden interiors and a well-stocked bar at its core.

Venture over to the cosy space in the Christchurch end of Temple Bar and enjoy some natural, biodynamic and organic wines alongside an everchanging menu. Small plates include octopus carpaccio or beef tartare, followed by mussels with smoky bacon or fresh pasta, and then a classic tiramisu for dessert.
