Featuring locally sourced produce and seasonal dishes, Chapter One showcases some of the finest Irish cooking in the country; stop by for a special occasion with a four-course menu. For the truly extravagant, the chef's table is a unique experience that revolves around a glazed volcanic table, featuring six and seven-course menus, whipped out fresh from the kitchen, only seconds away.
Interiors are as impressive as the food, and follow the same ethos - sourcing as locally as possible, from bog oak sculpts through to hand-woven baskets.
