Pickle

Pickle is an award-winning, Michelin-mentioned Indian restaurant located in the heart of Dublin 2, with executive chef Sunil Ghai (widely regarded as one of Ireland’s finest Indian chefs) and manager Benny Jacob at its helm. Born in Gwalior in central India, the chef gained experience working with the world-famous Oberoi group before opening Pickle with Jacob in 2016.

Together, the pair bring a sophisticated approach to authentic Indian cooking. The restaurant's menu takes diners on a flavourful journey, showcasing the rich and diverse cuisine of Punjab.
