Description
Pichet is a contemporary bistro combining Irish cuisine with French influence. With the acclaimed owner Chef Stephen Gibson at its helm, Pichet has been nominated for numerous awards including a spot in the Michelin Guide within the first six weeks of its opening.
The menus focus on fresh ingredients form Irish suppliers and prepared with a French twist, with bread baked on-site every day and meat butchered by the kitchen staff themselves. Star dishes include beef short rib with roast heritage carrots, horseradish croquettes and cabbage, citrus cured salmon with wasabi, avocado, spring onion and soy miri, and the John Stone steak tartare with beef dripping toast. Meanwhile, the ample bar menu includes a selection of modern cocktails alongside wines, craft beers and ciders expertly chosen to suit the season and Irish produce.
