From grilled squid and a daily fish special through to ember-roasted Wicklow lamb, Prado's BBQ-style cooking is a smart new addition to Clontarf's dining scene. The fancy spot is from the same team as Asador in Ballsbridge, and uses fire to cook much of the meat.
While much of the produce is sourced from Ireland, the menu has influences from further afield, including Argentina and the Mediterranean. Expect meaty dishes, with sharing options at dinner, and a casual brunch for lazy Saturday mornings. When it comes to interiors, Prado is a classic mix of exposed brick, leather booths and wooden beams - perfect for something a little special.
