The Legal Eagle is a cosy restaurant in Dublin boasting vintage features and a menu of old-fashion pub grub. Making use of the freshest ingredients, they champion Irish produce and cooking, making their own crisps, pickled eggs, and DIY sandwiches.
Lunch offers include a daily roast in a roll, meats fresh from the wood oven or Irish potato flatbread with a choice of fillings such as bacon, cabbage and parsley sauce, roasted squash, fig and honey, or haddock, fennel and duck egg. Dinner specials include roasted bone marrow, rump heart, cauliflower rarebit, Shropshire Blue souffle and roasted turnip tops.
