Richard Corrigan is the Michelin-starred chef that keeps on giving. From Bentley's Oyster Bar and Grill to Corrigan's Mayfair and Daffodil Mulligan, he’s been spoiling Londoners with decadent seafood. But now, the Great British menu star is going back to his Irish roots and has opened a fabulous new restaurant in Dublin called The Park Cafe.
Housed in the former Shelbourne Social, the venue features an ever-changing seasonal menu using produce from the chef’s country estate, Virginia Park Lodge. On the ground floor, you'll find a stunning marble-topped seafood counter surrounded by green leather banquettes, as well as ambient light fixtures. Tuck into the likes of dressed oysters, smoked fish and caviar. Or make your way upstairs to The Park Bar and grab a few small plates while you listen to music on vinyl - think steak tartare and fresh burrata.
If you're particularly hungry, we recommend diving into one of their mains such as the lobster spaghetti with tomatoes and basil, alongside a frose martini. And it would be absolutely criminal not to mention the pretty roof garden and a 40-cover dining terrace. Stunning views of Dublin Bay with a glass of Champagne in hand? Sign us up.
