Fine dining in a relaxed ambience? Located on Richmond Street, this restaurant is showcasing gorgeous Irish and Nordic cuisine. With a focus on sustainability and locally-grown ingredients, the eatery is all run by head chef Adrian Martin. He uses his childhood and experiences in Cavan to whip up dishes such as scallops, fermented potatoes and decadent duck.
Head to The Good Room or The Dining Room for a three-course meal, complete with desserts and wine. Or check out its pretty lit-up basement and enjoy a brilliant 10-course tasting menu.
