Our two interconnecting, flexible meeting rooms can be pre-booked for groups of 6 to 50 delegates, depending on set up. Both rooms feature smart TVs, complimentary super-fast WiFi, AV and lighting, air-conditioning, filtered water and conference stationery.

Our Hubs 1 & 2 are always hired together. They can be hired every day of the week for full day meetings, from 9am to 5pm, or for half day meetings.

ImagineX is a dramatic two-storey 360° screening room and versatile events venue located in the heart of New Town at YOTEL Edinburgh. Offering almost 1,500 square feet of high-tech, high-spec space, Imaginex is the only one of its kind in Scotland.

It’s suitable for all sorts of completely customisable events for up to 150 people from product launches, drinks receptions and corporate entertaining to pop-ups, movie nights and social gatherings.

With its unique 360° projection technology, you can wow guests with a range of bespoke content including scenes captured at various iconic locations across Scotland, or capture their attention by projecting on all four walls of the room simultaneously when presenting.

ImagineX is connected to YOTEL Edinburgh’s destination bar Komyuniti providing an additional space to relax and socialise, while the flexible meeting rooms offer break-out areas.

Running along Queen Street with floor to ceiling windows to create a wonderfully bright space, KOHI is ideal for standing receptions, relaxed networking or coffee mornings. Its ample street presence, private bar and small kitchen make it a suitable venue for a pop-up or public event too. With capacity for up to 80 guests, KOHI can also be hired as a break-out area or VIP lounge for your event at Imaginex. The room includes a private bar, tea and coffee making facilities and TV screen.
