Calling all foodies and nature lovers: chef Barry Bryson is heading to the Secret Herb Garden garden this week and he's got an intimate supper club in store. Taking place in the specialist herb nursery that rests at the foot of the Pentland hills, this chef's table is centred on seasonal cooking and locally-sourced ingredients; from venison to wild mushrooms and Scottish cheeses.
You'll want to act fast, as there's space for only 30 guests at each dinner. A truly intimate experience, expect five courses around a communal table. As well as mouthwatering dishes from the acclaimed Cater chef, you'll be treated to paired wines and botanical-based drinks created with The Old Curiosity Gin which is produced on-site.
Tickets for the Secret Herb Garden cost £55 per person, with profits donated to Scran Academy. You'll find it at 32A Old Pentland Road, Lothianburn, Edinburgh, EH10 7EA from 18th to 20th July at 7-11pm.
