Chameleon

Cocktails and tapas is always a winning combination, but Chameleon is doing it with a bit of twist. This sister restaurant to Broughton Street's Seasons lives up to its name, with a menu that changes as regularly as the weather, incorporating seasonality, and also the requests of its customers. 

Using tapas-style small plates as its basic format allows Chameleon the freedom to alter and adapt the menu to the whims and wills of its patrons, where possible. Both the drinks and the internationally inspired small plates are subject to these laws, with the cocktail menu changing quarterly and incorporating as much seasonal and local produce into its concoctions. 

Chameleon also aims to be a zero waste venture. They share produce with Seasons and ensure that any offcuts or leftovers are put to a delicious and very good use.
