Description
Famous Rick's Bar has undergone a huge rebranding and renovation to be transformed into Rabble, a robata grill restaurant and bar. Rabble is a light, airy and plant-filled space that encompasses a bar, restaurant and hotel.
The basement bar is saved from being dark with a turquoise and white colour scheme, lots of foliage and strategic lighting. The main bar is also home to the large tanks that store beer for a 'just brewed' quality. Combing 'rough' with 'luxe' the venue's bar is a swish marble structure while surrounding walls are kept basic and made from plywood.
When it comes to food, the restaurant stocks the best in Scottish produce, from oysters through to steak, which are cooked over a robata grill imported from France. Drinks are equally as thought out with a list of cocktails and a great selection of gin.
