Las Iguanas is a South American tapas bar in Edinburgh.
The venue is a open-planned, contemporary space, with brightly coloured furniture, wooden fixtures, and greenery throughout. It’s split between a relaxed eating area and the bar, that has more of an art-deco aesthetic to it.
Not only do they serve a mean range of South American tapas, but they cater for vegetarians and vegans too. There’s dishes hailing from Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Mexico, from nachos and enchiladas to xinxim and cornflower & corn quinotto.
