Description
Loudons Fountainbridge is an independent family run business and, since it opened in 2011, it has become one of Edinburgh's best-known brunch institutions.
The restaurant is open plan with large glass windows offering plenty of natural light, while the décor has a minimalist Scandi feel with handmade tables and room dividers, as well as a few comfy sofas for those that prefer to relax. The downstairs level offers a view into the Production Kitchen where chefs and bakers make all produce on-site.
Menus are specifically designed with each season, and cater for dietaries and allergens so there is always something for everyone. Dishes range from a selection of traditional breakfast favourites such as pancakes and French toast, through to power bowls, burgers and the famous eggs bennys, cakes and scones. Coffee and tea are locally sourced and there is a great selection of freshly squeezed juices, smoothies and brunch cocktails. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, brunch or just an afternoon coffee and cake with friends, Loudons has you covered.
