Dusit

Opened in 2002 by Pom and his team, Dusit is a welcoming Thai restaurant in the New Town. They've built up a great reputation for their fantastic food and service over the years, combining local produce with ingredients imported from Thailand. This reputation has even earned them a place in Pete Irvine’s well-respected Scotland The Best book.

Expect elegant, relaxed interiors, complete with simple wooden tables and trendy artwork on the purple walls. There's plenty of room in the spacious restaurant, and you can also hire out a private dining room for up to eight guests.

Wondering what's on the menu? There's so much to choose from here, whether you're in the mood for king prawn panang curry, teriyaki grilled sirloin steak or a mixed vegetable stir fry. You can also sample two courses for £17.95 on their lunch menu, available until 3pm every day.
