Located in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town, Laila is a vibrant and stylish brunch and dinner destination known for its Middle Eastern-inspired dishes, indulgent comfort food, and signature pink interiors.
Founded by Sabrina, a passionate chef with experience as a private chef in Atlanta, Laila is built on the belief that food should be full of heart, flavour, and creativity. Every dish on the menu is made from scratch in-house, using locally sourced produce, including free-range eggs, Scottish hot-smoked salmon, and fresh sourdough bread.
Our skilled chefs take pride in delivering dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious—from fluffy buttermilk waffles and signature fried chicken to flavour-packed dinner plates and mezze-style sharing options.
The restaurant also features The Bubble – a private dining space perfect for baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, and special celebrations, offering an intimate and Instagram-worthy setting for groups.
