As for the menu, you’ll find authentic flavours with a modern twist. Tuck into their signature, makhani sabat maanh, a slow-cooked vegetable curry that's inspired by secret recipes of Mughal royal kitchen. If you're all about luxury and finesse, they also have 24 carat dishes such as their kadakkai gold bags, with roasted Scottish mussels, stilton-kadakkai bisque dip and a red sesame dip. How very fancy.
