The brainchild of Shaun McCarron and chef Roberta Hall, this beautiful dining room offers good, hearty grub. Keeping seasonal produce at heart, the kitchen serves up tasty meals with a regional twist, such as dry-aged duck with sausage and sorrel, venison terrine with pickled vegetables and tomato tart with goat's milk ricotta.
