Part of the newly developed City Observatory project, this gorgeous Calton Hill restaurant is the second location to have opened under the Gardener's Cottage name. Serving up delicious seasonal dishes and hearty Scottish fare, this beautiful hilltop spot showcases some of the finest local produce in the city for you to chow down on from brunch through dinner.
Established in collaboration with Collective - the organisation responsible for turning Calton Hill's City Observatory into a new cultural hub - The Lookout offers unique views of the city and the Firth of Forth, on account of it being partially suspended over the hill, and decked out in floor-to-ceiling windows.
