This pizza restaurant in Edinburgh's West End does not believe in following the well-trodden path. Pizzas are made to order right in front of you, Subway-style by the friendly and oh-so-cool staff, and the creative interiors make the whole venue feel like a high-concept art installation. Each pizza is cooked for just 90 seconds so your dinner goes from the kitchen to your tummy in under 10 minutes.

Menus are all but obsolete here as @pizza let's you get creative with your toppings. Build your own dinner from a huge range of toppings, cheeses, garnishes and oils, including a local Scottish mozzarella, and a 100% Scottish cheese. For the indecisive there's a short list of interesting, high-quality suggestions including a breakfast pizza, and chocolate sauce and sweet ricotta dessert pizza. The restaurant also serves a range of local beers, Italian wines and a delicious selection of refreshing Blackpool-brewed craft sodas which are made with responsibly-sourced cane sugar.
