Description
Rustom is bringing Edinburgh traditional cuisine from Pakistan and India, taking guests on what they call 'a journey of taste and smell across the streets of Lahore and Mumbai'.
The interior harmonises contemporary and traditional furnishings, mirroring the menu which offers authentic dishes such as karahis, tandooris and tikkas, alongside British favourites. There is also a wide selection of rice dishes, meat from the grill and vegetarian options, offering something for everyone.
In terms of drinks, there are a number of soft drinks and milkshakes available. For those wanting to try something new, there are Desi favourites that include lassi, a yoghurt-based drink from the Indian subcontinent, and mango kulfi milkshake.
