Sark

Located in Maldon, Sark is an upmarket Mediterranean restaurant focusing on tantalising Turkish fare. It's totally gorgeous, boasting plush velvet booths, teal tables and white blossom trees. You can also expect warm lighting and unique photographs lining the walls. Found on the busy high street, it's ideal for relaxed dinners and slinky date nights in town.

Toting an ample choice of delicious fare, from mezze and kebabs through to steaks and seafood, its menu is enough to make any mouth water. Our favourite? The swordfish cooked to perfection over charcoal. The cocktails are also absolutely mega, including tipples such as the El Cucumber, which mixes infused vodka with black spice, ginger cordial and lemon juice.
