The Brass Monkey

Description
The Brass Monkey is a fun party bar in the West end of Argyle Street. The cool bar has a laid back no-nonsense feel and the unpretentious crowd follows suit. While the bar serves a variety of bottled beers from all over Europe, they also like to keep things local, stocking homegrown offerings from the Inner Hebrides. If beer isn't your thing, you could go for a gin - the Brass Monkey has over 30 different varieties. And if that's not to your taste either, then maybe the £5 cocktail of the week will do the trick?
The Brass Monkey has some pretty nifty artwork decorating the exposed brickwork, adding contemporary feel to the Argyle Street bar. The artwork features - you guessed it - monkeys. They even have a little orange monkey (don't worry, it's not real!) sitting on the top of the bar. Not quite a brass monkey, but hey, close enough.
