Occupying the magnificent boardroom of the former City Parish Hall, the versatile Liberty Suite can be used for grand intimate dinners of up to 20 guests, board meetings of up to 16 guests and a magnificent space for drinks receptions of up 50 guests.

Perfect for an intimate celebration of up to fourteen guests, The Collector’s Private Dining Room creates an elegant sense of occasion for all your special moments. Curated menu’s created by Hazel’s Head Chef, Jean Paul Giraud, draw from the very best of Scotland’s local produce to deliver exceptional dishes. In addition, with close proximity to our main conference space, The Collector’s Hall, this space also offers an additional breakout space for larger conferences.
