Located in the city centre and housed in a 19th-century building, Kong is showcasing dimmed purple lighting, plush yellow seating and botanical decorated walls in a super stylish space. With two sleek bars and three open-air terraces, it's a must-visit if you love an Instagrammable moment.
Previously a cocktail spot called One Up, the new drinking den is open every day until 3am, so you can have a cracking good time whether it’s for a weekend out with your pals or a surprise date night with your other half.
So what’s on offer? Enjoy classic cocktails from classic espresso martinis to sparkling Champagne and spicy margaritas. And if you’re feeling peckish, grab a few of their fancy bar snacks - we’re slightly biased here but the truffle chips are absolutely sublime.
