Description
After months of research across the US, NY American Grill owners Leanne Getty and Ryan Dexter have crafted a food and cocktail menu that contributes to the plethora of global cuisine that occupy Princes Square.
Expect an extensive palate of flavours, from the Deep South and Florida to New York deli sandwiches and New England clam chowder; a mean feat in and of itself, only to be perfected with a nip of one of thirty Bourbons, rye whiskies from across the US and Canadian sparkling white wine. They're offering their spectacular dishes at very affordable prices, with a view to counter the common misconception that bars and restaurants around Princes Square are expensive.
The jewel on the NY American Grill crown in undoubtedly its Josper Grill: flown in all the way from Spain, this crafty lil guy chars the outside of your meat, but leaves everything juicy and tender on the inside; an impressive feat when one considers that this clever machine doesn't use any electricity or gas.
