The Hawke is the latest addition to Glasgow's lively Merchant Square.
Serving a selection of lunch and dinner dishes, the chefs have curated a menu of both traditional and contemporary dishes. From whisky cured Shetland salmon and beef carpaccio on the starter menu, to braised pork belly and goats cheese gnocchi on the mains list, the menu has a fresh feel and looks to appeal to a wide cross-section of different palates.
If that wasn't enough, the expert mixologists have been busy experimenting and flairing up a storm. Armed with a selection of fresh fruits, international spirits and potent liqueurs, they serve both signature and bespoke cocktails to all the city's hungry crowds.
