Description
Record Factory is a bar, restaurant and club in Glasgow's ever-growing West End. With a black and white chequered dancefloor and multi-coloured, muralled walls, this bright and bustling venue stays open late seven nights a week. Drawing the university crowd during the week with craft beers, live bands and mammoth burgers from in-house kitchen residency Meathammer, and young professionals at weekends, lured in by party tunes until late.
Footie fans, the folk at Record Factory will also show any major - and a bunch of minor - matches from SPL, premiership and international leagues and tournaments over 12 screens, with private spaces available to book on match days. And if you're planning something a little bit special, booths and party packages can also be arranged.
Eats at Record Factory range from tapas style bar bites and fries to a substantial choice of burgers, with cheap deals keeping undergrads happy, and well fed. Drinks go from premium cocktails, such as the Velvet Elvis and Spiced Island Ice Tea, along with student friendly concoctions like Blackcurrant Martini and Woo Woo. And for sun worshippers, the addition of a beer garden makes for sensational sunny day drinking, with regular BBQs and an outdoor stage.
