The rooftop watering hole of the Radission Red, Red Sky Bar offers more than just gorgeous views of the city. A top spot for evening drinks, the bar serves up a great range of interesting cocktails, from their signature Red Sky @ Night, made with gin, elderflower liqueur, gomme, lemon and cranberry, to their various takes on classic cocktails.
If it's some chow you're after, then take a look at their range of tapas and small plates. Offering up everything from Haggis bon bons, to halloumi fries and Za'atar spiced flatbreads, it's always got a little of what you fancy.
