Yes, Derby Lane is drop-dead gorgeous, but this place is doing good as well as looking good. Found in the heart of Finnieston, the tiki-inspired haunt comes decked out in colourful interiors, with neon lighting, bright yellow bar stools and dangling foliage.
As for the menu? You’ll find mouthwatering brunch classics that reflect Glasgow’s finest flavours, from eggs topped with haggis and Stornoway black pudding, through to pan fried sea bass and traditional Scottish breakfast spreads. Meanwhile, Sunday's call for hearty roast dinners that change with the seasons.
These can all be washed down with an Attenborough-inspired menu eco-conscious cocktails, created with independent spirits brands such as Latitude who make botanical spirits similar to gin, minus the juniper which is now an endangered plant.
