Description
Located opposite the iconic Barrowlands, Van Winkle is an Americana restaurant which is serving up all manner of comfort food, from pizza and wings through to dirty burgers.
After a complete refurb, the space boasts a standalone bar as well as a small beer garden for summer drinking. The bar is named after the famous literary character, Rip Van Winkle, who feel asleep for 20 years after drinking too much. In keeping with the theme, the venue serves a large selection of classic American bourbons, while all meat dishes are cooked on the in-house smoker.
