Living Ventures have perfected the restaurant and bar formula with venues like The Alchemist, and taking on Scotland is a labour of love for them. Bringing two sites to the Buchanan Galleries development, of which Artisan Bar + Kitchen will be the larger and The Alchemist the smaller; Glasgow will be delighted by the prowess and passion for dining that their presence will bring.
