Description
Bilson Eleven promises well made Scottish cuisine with a modern twist.
The venue is set in a beautiful 19th Century Townhouse, with interiors of polished wooden furnishings matched with purple and velvets, which retains a sense of archaic homeliness.
While the setting is more traditional, the menu dabbles in experimental, with dishes such as the curried skink: combining curry with a traditional cullen skink soup, or serving cod fillet with roast cauliflower and a haggis puree. Their dessert menu also carries the theme of fusing Scottish tastes and traditional dishes, such as serving talisker whisky infused pannacotta with smoked apple and salted malt cream.
