Description
The Market Kitchen is a restaurant concept based around foraging for the freshest ingredients and using the best market produce as well as sourcing specialty seafood and steak.
The restaurant takes on a swanky-luxe dining feel with dark interiors giving the space a sleek and sultry tonality. Menus vary with a Lunch/Pre-Theater option and an A La Carte offering with week night specials including Lobster V Burger Tuesdays and Awesome Rump Thursdays. The brain behind the kitchen, Ian Hoey, supports the ethos of natural and fresh foods as the way forward so the main menu reflects this with Oysters, Ox Cheek, Scotch Beef and Crispy Fried Soft Shell Crab (to name but a few of the seasonally selected dishes).
Now for the booze. With a bar well stocked in cocktail concoctions, worldly wines and global draught beers, The Market Kitchen has plucked a generous selection of alcohol treats to ply and please its customers with. Satisfying both the eatery and drinking destination, this city center plot exudes a slice of finesse alongside its foods and booze so you can lounge your evenings away in this den or swing by for a more casual daytime occasion.
