Heading to 80 Miller Street, The Spanish Butcher is set to be a 100 strong restaurant with cocktail and wine bar that's set to swell the city with Spanish and Mediterranean flavours in the shape of Galician beef and Spanish wines.

Vegetarians may be a clan that are ever on the rise in Glasgow, but seemingly so are meat restaurants in the city. Considering their already impassioned infamy in the meat dining market, it looks as though Rusk & Rusk could be onto a new restaurant winner that's set to be styled on sophisticated New York eateries.
