The chefs of Smoak are European trained with a fat crush on American BBQ techniques as well as incorporating flavours from as far as Asia. Manipulating the 5 strong philosophy of Asian tastes: sweet, sour, bitter, salt, and umami, Smoak makes one meat meat offering in Glasgow.
Using different woods that are common among the BBQ kings and queens, you'll find Hickory and Apple Wood smoking techniques used here to create big tastes to their meat.
