What we say:
We love a good plate of barbecue more than most but its always a pleasant surprise when it has a bit of a twist to it. Smoak has caught us by surprise with their Asian inspired BBQ. Talk about a melting pot... Europeans making American barbecue with Asian influence, phew. Smoak uses local ingredients to bring Glasgow residents worldwide flavor.
