Sister venue to Bathtub & Co, Warehouse will offer a similar drinks menu that focuses slightly more on wine and less on gin. Co-owner Stephen Heggie makes use of a handsome Merchant City space, with an open-plan kitchen to provide some theatre and natural light flooding in from the large windows. The venue will serve refined lunches and a bites menu until close, with live music most nights of the week.
What we say:
It’s always a treat to stumble upon venues where you can pop in for your morning coffee and return for a sing and a dance later on. Warehouse looks like a vibrant new hub, with tasty morsels served from 7.30am onwards and an open-plan kitchen to generate a nice buzz. There’s a large choice of spirits, beers and cocktails to look forward to, and a swanky new private hire space in the basement.
