WHISKY BLENDING EXPERIENCE
The event begins with a brief history of whisky from the Whisky Ambassadors before guests tuck in to a delicious two course dinner cooked with seasonal, Scottish ingredients.
Once the plates are cleared, each guest will be given four bottles of malt whisky components (Lowland, Highland, Speyside and Islay); pipettes; a mixing beaker; tasting notes and a 100ml bottle half filled with a base single grain whisky.
Armed with these, guests can mix away, adding small quantities of the whisky components to the base whisky. Through swirling, nosing and gradually building up your preferred flavours, the aim is to create a bespoke blend which is individually tailored to each guest’s taste.
At the end of the evening, guests can take home a 100ml bottle of the whisky they have blended.

3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
