October is Vegetarian Awareness Month and to celebrate going meat-free, Hard Rock Cafe in Glasgow are launching a month-long vegetarian menu. Forget your average spinach cannelloni, the restaurant has grand plans for meatless feasts.
Starting on 3rd October, the menu will feature dishes such as a grilled ratatouille wrap with sriracha mayo and buffalo wings made with cauliflower. Even the cocktails are going green; the Very Veg ‘Tini is made of Greek yogurt, vegetable juice and vodka - a healthy way to drink copious amounts of alcohol.
With vegetarianism becoming increasingly popular, it makes sense that large chains are tapping into a client base who want to enjoy a whole range of delicious plates, rather than just one or two options.
Hard Rock Cafe Glasgow’s vegetarian menu will run from 3rd October - 13th November alongside the standard menu.
