Taking pride of place on The Lawns in the heart of Spinningfields, Bloom Bar is a floral food and drink haven with a large patio garden and an open aspect across Hardman Square.
Covered in foliage and boasting its own on site garden where cocktail gardeners cultivate fresh herbs, fruit and other ingredients, In Bloom is a green oasis in the heart of the Spinningfield urban jungle, and has quickly established itself as one of Manchester's best beer gardens - offering a sophisticated and quaint environment for al fresco drinks on sunny days. But this is Manchester and we can't always be blessed with sunshine - so thankfully In Bloom's cocktail garden is fully sheltered from the elements and heated by outdoor heaters, providing a cosy indoor/outdoor environment in less summery climes.
With botanical inspired cocktails (including sharer cocktails served in watering cans!), fresh sandwiches and deli boards, and an outdoor barbecue serving up gourmet burgers and sausages in summer months, this unique Spinningfields bar makes a great spot for lunch, after work drinks or after dinner cocktails in one of the most picturesque settings in Manchester.
