A broody, opulent drinking den located above it’s sister location Sandinista, Blind Tyger uses some of the globe’s finest ingredients to create masterful mixes that linger long on the palate.
The venue’s Victorian lounge vibes owe in no small part to the combination of cosy booths and quirky trinkets that line the walls. It’s the ideal date night location, where there’s a cocktail for all tastes and preferences. Check out the Bloomsbury Blitz (£7) for a zesty citrus kick, the Popcorn Mai Tai (£8.50) satiates that sweet tooth or start with God’s Own Cocktail (£7) which matches rhubarb-infused vodka with refreshing raspberries. Whichever route you take, each drink is lovingly made and immaculately presented.
The atmosphere is easy-going yet vibrant, and there’s a hotch potch of soul, jazz and blues to fill the speakers. Blind Tyger is a picture perfect date night venue, and with cocktail masterclass packages for 6-12 people it’s also a great place to stage a private party.
